Whats Included:

Exclusive Small Group Training (limited to 15 athletes per group)

1 x On-Ice Training Session per Week

  • Girls: Wednesdays @ 4PM

  • Boys: Wednesday @ 5PM

2 x Gym Training Sessions per Week

  • Girls: Tuesday @ 7PM & Fridays @ 6PM

  • Boys: Mondays & Thursdays @ 7PM

3 x Sports Nutrition Sessions with our Registered Nutritionists

  • GYM TRAINING

    • 2 training sessions per week at
      Caveman Strong Gym

    • We prioritize educating athletes on proper movement, precise exercise execution, and a comprehensive understanding of their unique development requirements as hockey players.

    • Our in-gym sessions will emphasize strength, mobility, power, speed, and injury prevention. They will also receive an at home training program for in season.

  • ON-ICE TRAINING

    • 1 on-ice training session per week

    • Our on-ice sessions are meticulously created by Chris Ayotte to intensify your child’s performance.

    • Focused drills on edge work, power skating, shooting, and puck handling skills, we aim to enhance your child’s abilities and refine his game.

  • SPORTS NUTRITION SESSIONS

    • 3 Sports Nutrition sessions with our
      in-house Registered Nutritionists.

    • These sessions will help you as a parent and your child gain valuable and simplified nutrition information and recovery essentials.

    • You will receive guidelines to promote a healthy lifestyle for optimal recovery, immune system support, muscle repair, and muscle building.

MEET THE COACHES:

  • TYLER

    Meet Tyler, the powerhouse behind our Caveman Strong Philosophy. With a rich tapestry of experience in hockey and a fervent belief in the transformative power of movement and athleticism Tyler is on a mission to revolutionize how we approach training and health.

    Tyler's journey in hockey has equipped him with a deep understanding of the game's demands and intricacies. But beyond the rink, his passion lies in harnessing the primal strength within each athlete. Through the Caveman Strong Philosophy, Tyler advocates for a holistic approach to training—one that prioritizes movement, injury prevention, and mindset as pillars of success.

    With Tyler at the helm, our athletes don't just train; they evolve. His unwavering dedication to sharing the Caveman Strong Philosophy inspires each player to push boundaries, overcome obstacles, and unlock their full potential—both on and off the ice.

  • CHRIS

    Cornwall native Chris Ayotte has a diverse hockey background, including AAA summer competitions and a stint with U17 Team Ontario. After playing Junior A hockey for the Cornwall Colts and the Wellington Dukes, he joined the NCAA Oswego State Lakers in Division III, achieving success both athletically and academically.

    Despite opportunities in professional European hockey, Ayotte chose to return home, now eager to share his hockey knowledge with the local community.

  • BRANDON

    Brandon is a physical education teacher that specializes in developing young athletes. Growing up in Cornwall, he played his minor hockey with Seaway Valley and Junior B for the Akwesasne Wolves. He also played his Junior lacrosse locally with the Celtics and was a captain for four years at the University of Ottawa where he studied Kinesiology.

    Brandon has a passion for coaching and physical activity that developed from vast experiences in sport camps and physical education. He currently coaches the Holy Trinity Falcons Varsity Hockey & Lacrosse Teams.

  • TAYLOR

    Taylor will be entering her 4th season at SUNY Potsdam playing hockey where she leads the team as an assistant captain. She also plays field lacrosse for the Bears.

    Throughout her athletic career, Taylor has found a love for learning off the ice and field to become a stronger and more dominant athlete. While participating in athletics, Taylor has received a bachelors degree in Elementary Education and is currently studying educational technology to achieve a masters degree.
