It seems intuitive that we like to spend time outdoors and the benefits are endless. With so much science and studies illustrating that spending time in nature positively contribute to our mental, physical and emotional health- we had to incorporate this type of activity in our Caveman Strong method. We are so excited to announce our new 4 part Caveman Strong HIKE series. During the warmers months we will be organizing monthly hikes to help our clients/members get OUTSIDE, breathe, touch and bathe in nature, as a community. We have researched some of the nicest spots in the area, starting with an easy/moderate to a little more challenging but very doable for everyone type of hikes. Everyone is welcome and this event is FREE.
