This last wave seems to have been one of our most successful waves. Like I said at the start of it, it’s all about showing up, fueling your training with solid nutrition, and practicing quality positions. Good work to all!

Now we plunge into a tad more mobility and unilateral work until our next 6 week wave which will start after the March Break.

Structural:

Ground work and locomotion - 15-20min

Strength:

Single arm Press 5x5 / Single arm ring row 5x5/side / Barbell reverse lunge 5x5/leg

Conditioning:

40/30/20/10 of Med ball slams and Jumping Jacks
