In our wave Wednesday will be our second strength day of three. It will focus on big movements with Kettlebells, Clubs, and Maces

  1. Bottoms Up Carry / 4 Position Kurz Squat x 5 - 4 sets

  2. KB swing x 100

  3. Windmill x 4//side / Double KB Deadlift x 8 - 4 sets

  4. Figure 8’s x 10-15/side // Pendulum ‘Club’ swing x 10-15/side - sets

  5. Mace 10&2 work (or 100 reps)
