Boxing/conditioning class will be Tuesday and Thursday

Weightlifting will be Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 615-745

Athletic conditioning will be Tuesday/Thursday at 615

Our next wave will consist of the following:

Focus: CONDITIONING-- Each session all weeks for 4 weeks will have the following order to each workout - 1-Structural, 2-Conditioning, 3-Strength.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday -- Conventional Deadlift

Tuesday/Thursday -- Get ups and Swings
