Monday (New wave!!)

4 Week Wave:

Elements we will work on for 1 month:

  • Wrist strength

  • Hollow Body Position

  • Support Hold

  • Crow Hold

  • Straddle Work

  • Endurance on the rope

  • Da ‘Lifts’

The New gym space has awesome energy and gives each person the opportunity to up their ‘A’ game. We encourage you to make it to the gym 4 times per week during this wave (and after). If that’s impossible for you then atleast commit to being active 4 times per week. If you only get to the gym 2-3 times you would go for a run, play a sport, etc.. LET’S DO IT!


Warm up/Conditioning:

Skip rope - 90on/30 off x 4 rounds


Straddle pulse x 25 (loaded)

Wrist Pushups x 10

Hollow Rocks x 15

5 rounds


Back Squat 5x10

Floor Press 5x10

Support Dips 5x10
